A Few of My Favorite Things is a palette from Too Faced cosmetics and it came out in the 2013.
My birthday was in December, which meant I got to indulge in a trip to Sephora, for a little splurge. I initially went in with the intent to buy the new Tarte Amazonian Mineral Foundation and Khubuki brush, but at the time my skin was so dry, I didnt't want to waste the money on something I'd need to use in the summer. I searched around the Naked Palettes, but have yet to find the need to buy a neutral palette. I love bold eye shadow. So I continued walking until I laid my eyes on the holiday gift set palettes from Too Faced. The moment I laid eyed on AFOMFT I fell in love instanly and was then over joyed to see the 2 Blush 2 Bronzer Bonus. To top if off the set brings a mini version of their Better Than Sex Mascara and a Lip Injection Color Bomb in Bee Sting.
Here are all the shades, with their names listed below, as well of a close up of each color. Below that are details of the blushes and bronzers.

Snowflakes, Whiskers on Kittens, Chocolate Milk, Moon on their Wings, Dark Chocolate, Cream Colored, Ponies, Honey Honey, Busch de Noel, Evergreen, Blue Satin Sashes, Coquet,Taffy, Crisp Apple Strudel, Woolen Mittens, Soirée, Tinsel, Bluff, Ooh La Orchid, Party Time, Pure Glam
Moving on to the cheek section, here are the colors:
Raindrops on Roses
Melt Into Spring
Chocolate Soleil
Sun Bunny
Review:
The first three things I noticed right away: there are 3 matte blending shades, the blushes and bronzers, and the fact that I get a cute little bag to put it in, plus the mascara and color bomb.
I love the selection of bold colors they picked, Evergreen, Ooh La Orchid and BLue Satin Sashes, to name a few. It brings a variety of finished like matte, satin, and metallic, and all the colors blend beautifully and are not chalky.
There is some fallout when using the darker tones such as Blue Satin Sashes and Evergreen. The only other issue is that there is no permanent plastic divider to protect the cheek park and the eyeshadow part from touching. This is a packaging issue however, the products themselves are amazing.
I've been using this palette almost everyday since Dec 14 2013. I think the colors blend out well, particularly when I use Woolen Mittens as my transitional color. That is by far one of my favorite shadows ever, for blending.
Final Thoughts:
I definately think I found some new favorite eyeshadows: Blue Satin Sashes, Party Time, Whiskers on Kittens and Crisp Apple Strudal are all colors I look forward to using.
Well thats going to wrap it up, I'll continue using this palette throughtout the year and posting about it.
Until Next Time
XO
Jackie
